Purchases on all prints are exchangeable for anything of the same price. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs. Cost of shipping the new piece is free anywhere in the continental US.
For custom pieces/commissions you will receive an electronic proof before the final piece is shipped. If you are not happy with the proof, changes may be made if requested. If you are still unhappy with the work you are entitled to a 50% refund or a full store credit.
Deposits for custom commissions are non-refundable. However, if you choose to not move forward with a custom piece or you are unhappy with the finished piece, you can use your commission deposit as a credit for future work. This credit expires one year from the date you made the deposit.
